Our services

We provide commercial cleaning and facility services including office, corporate, aged care, childcare, school, retail, strata, carpet steam cleaning, floor scrubbing, window cleaning, pressure washing, builders cleaning, and other specialised services across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. The specific scope, schedule, and pricing of your service will be confirmed in a separate service agreement or quote.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work, service requirements, or site conditions change. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).

Bookings and cancellations

Scheduled services may be rescheduled or cancelled by providing reasonable notice. Any specific cancellation, notice, or termination requirements for ongoing services will be outlined in your individual service agreement or quote.

Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance and take reasonable steps to ensure our team is suitably trained and equipped to perform our services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability may be limited to re-performing the affected services or refunding the amount paid for those services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
