Would you use the same cleaner for our office?
Yes, wherever possible. We aim to assign the same dedicated cleaner to your workplace on a regular basis, helping them become familiar with your space, routines, and specific cleaning requirements. Unless your regular cleaner is unavailable due to holidays, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you can expect a consistent face at your workplace. This approach helps us maintain reliable service, consistent standards, and the familiarity you want from a trusted cleaning partner.

No. We don’t believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. Our philosophy is simple: if we consistently deliver great service, you’ll want to keep us as your cleaning partner.

We believe every clean should earn your trust. That’s why our team focuses on reliable service, attention to detail, and maintaining high standards every time — not relying on a contract to keep your business.

We do both! Most of our cleaning services are scheduled during evenings or weekends to minimise disruption to your business, but we’re flexible and can accommodate daytime cleaning too.

We’ll work with you to create a cleaning schedule that suits your operating hours, staff, and specific needs.

Once you’re ready, we can typically get started within 48 hours of your approval.

We’ll confirm the details with you, arrange a suitable schedule, and make sure everything is ready for your first clean.

Beyond regular cleaning, we offer a range of additional services to make facility management easier, including carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and pressure cleaning.

We can also provide indoor plant hire, bathroom and kitchen consumables, tea towel services, sanitary bins, and related products.
